Two frameworks. Compounding growth.

Most marketers are stuck running campaigns without a destination, or chasing destinations without a system to get there. We built both, and we built them to work together.

Marketing has changed. Customer journeys are non-linear, channels are fragmented, and the frameworks built for a different era no longer fit today's reality. ACCRA is the strategic compass that helps marketers turn declared strategy into clear, accountable campaign goals. REACT is the modern marketing execution framework that turns those goals into coordinated action across the key moments of the customer journey.

Strategic Framework

ACCRA

Where are you trying to go?

ACCRA is the strategic framework that guides your declared marketing strategy toward clear, accountable goals. Once the diagnosis is done, the audience is understood, and the positioning is defined, ACCRA helps translate that strategic foundation into five quantifiable campaign goals: Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention, and Advocacy. It answers: what are we trying to achieve, and how will we know if it is working?

Reach
Engage
Act
Convert
Talk

ACCRA is the compass.
It sets the destination.

Goals are outcome-driven, not channel- or tactic-driven. ACCRA defines where you are going. REACT defines how you get there.

Retention
Execution Framework

REACT

How do you get there?

REACT is the marketing execution framework that turns ACCRA goals into coordinated action across the key moments of the customer journey. It connects Reach, Engage, Act, Convert, and Talk so marketers can activate the right phase at the right moment. It answers: how do we orchestrate execution to deliver on each ACCRA goal?

Reach
Engage
Act
Convert
Talk

Five connected gears.
One continuous growth loop.

Reach, Engage, Act, Convert, and Talk each play a distinct role. When one gear powers the next, execution compounds across the journey and marketing momentum builds into long-term brand advantage.

We have all sat in that strategy meeting. The deck looks sharp, the goals sound impressive, and every dashboard promises progress. But the quiet question remains: where is this actually going?

Strategic Framework · The Compass

A compass, not
a funnel.

ACCRA was built for that moment. It gives marketers a strategic compass for turning ambition into accountable campaign goals, so measurement serves the strategy instead of decorating it. When goals are clear, strategic, and measurable, marketing stops chasing vanity wins and starts building brand strength that compounds over time.

REACT: Reach

Awareness

Do the right people know we exist, and is visibility growing in quality, not just volume?

Awareness is not just about visibility. It is about building brand presence in the moments that shape memory, trust, recommendations, and future demand.

Consideration

Are the right people moving from passive exposure to active interest in us?

Consideration measures whether attention has been earned. The signals are time, depth, return visits, and behavioural intent. It is the bridge between Reach and Act, and the phase where most generic campaigns quietly die.

REACT: Convert

Conversion

Are qualified intent signals turning into measurable revenue at acceptable cost?

Conversion is the only ACCRA goal with direct revenue ROAS. The other four use proxy revenue models. This is the moment intent crosses into commitment, and the metric system tightens dramatically.

Retention

Are customers continuing to choose us, and is that loyalty compounding into CLV?

Retention is where the system's compounding shows up quietly. Loyalty energy is less visible than Conversion but produces higher CLV at lower CAC. NRR, churn, and repeat rate are the signals that separate growing businesses from leaky ones.

Advocacy

Are our customers transmitting brand energy back into the market on our behalf?

Advocacy is when customers become transmitters. Referrals, reviews, UGC, organic shares. Advocacy injects new energy into Reach, closing the loop and giving the gear engine its compounding torque. The highest-leverage phase in the system.

REACT is the marketing execution framework that turns ACCRA goals into coordinated action across the key moments of the customer journey.

Execution Framework · Marketing Momentum Orchestration

Connected momentum, not a funnel.

REACT maps the key moments of the customer journey across five connected phases: Reach, Engage, Act, Convert, and Talk. It provides a practical execution framework for monitoring and optimizing each phase against the strategic ACCRA goals. Think of REACT as five connected gears: each phase has a role, and momentum builds when they work together. REACT gives marketers the structure to interpret customer behaviour, identify the moment that matters, and activate the right phase to move the journey forward. It answers: how do we turn strategic goals into connected execution that keeps improving and compounding over time?

Exposure energy

Reach

The exposure gear. Awareness is not just about visibility. It is about building brand presence in the moments that shape memory, trust, recommendations, and future demand.

Reach captures the raw visibility of your brand: ads, impressions, placements, mentions. But raw reach is noise. A viral video can reach a billion users and convert zero. What matters is Qualified Reach: did we reach the right people, in the right context, at sufficient quality to move them to the next gear? Without exposure energy the engine never starts, but exposure energy without qualification is wasted heat.

Attention energy

Engage

The attention gear. Visibility transformed into focus.

Here exposure becomes attention. Saves, shares, comments, video completions, scroll depth, dwell time, these are behavioural signals, not vanity signals. They tell us not just that someone saw us, but how their brain spent its scarce cognitive resources when they did. EQS reads the depth of attention; PIM weights it by platform. When this gear engages properly, visibility is not wasted: it is transformed into evidence of genuine human focus, the closest the framework gets to answering why.

The relationship gear. Loyalty & amplification compound.

After the transaction, the system does not stop. It compounds. Transaction energy becomes relationship energy, expressed as Retention (loyalty energy) and Advocacy (amplification energy). Advocacy injects new energy back into Reach. This is where the gear engine closes the loop and compounds.

Explore The REACT Framework
The bridge between the two

Strategy and execution
prove they are aligned through one signal.

ACCRA gives marketing strategic accountability. REACT gives marketing execution discipline. Together, they turn fragmented campaign activity into a connected system for building long-term marketing momentum. ACCRA and REACT are complementary frameworks designed to work together. ACCRA gives marketing a clear strategic compass, while REACT turns those goals into coordinated execution across the customer journey. Together, they move marketing beyond isolated campaigns and into a system of long-term momentum that compounds over time.
01 · Accountability

OMTMs for every marketing goal and each REACT phase.

Every ACCRA goal has one defining metric. Each REACT phase has one. That is what makes a campaign defensible: you know what the One Metric That Matters is before the campaign starts, not after.

02 · Goal-aware ROAS

Stop measuring awareness with conversion math.

Only the Conversion goal carries direct revenue ROAS. The other four use proxy revenue models calibrated to the goal. This is the difference between a defensible report and one that quietly compares apples to oranges.

03 · Sustainable brand building

Brand Momentum shows the system is compounding.

BMS and BMI roll up signals from each REACT phase and every ACCRA goal. If brand momentum is rising, both frameworks are doing their job and the brand is compounding. If it is falling, you know exactly which phase or goal to look at.

The one number
that tells you the whole system is working.

Brand Momentum Score (BMS) aggregates signals across all five REACT phases and all five ACCRA goals. Brand Momentum Index (BMI) benchmarks that score against your category. Together, they answer the only question that matters at the board level: is our marketing investment compounding, or quietly leaking?

BMS
Brand Momentum Score. The composite of each REACT phase and goal. 0 to 100 normalised.
BMI
Brand Momentum Index. BMS benchmarked against category. >100 = advantage, >120 = market leader.
9
Signal inputs, 30-day rolling. Sourced across REACT phases and ACCRA goals. No single channel can fake it.

From frameworks
to the metrics that prove them.

Each REACT phase is measured by a defined set of signals. Each ACCRA goal anchors an OMTM. The Signal Library is where the two frameworks become operational.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is the ACCRA framework?
+

ACCRA is a strategic marketing framework that defines the five campaign goals every marketing initiative serves: Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention, and Advocacy. It sits between upstream strategy work (diagnosis, segmentation, positioning) and downstream execution. Its job is to turn strategic intent into clear, quantifiable campaign goals, each with its own OMTM, supporting KPIs, goal-aware ROAS model, and natural time horizon.

What is the REACT framework?
+

REACT is an operational marketing framework built around five gears: Reach, Engage, Act, Convert, and Talk. Each phase represents a key moment in the customer journey and carries its own OMTM, cost-per metric, and behavioural signal. REACT isn't a sequence or a funnel. It's a connected journey system: marketers interpret customer behaviour, then engage the right phase for the key moment in the customer journey. When all five phases work together, marketing momentum compounds.

How are ACCRA and REACT different?
+

ACCRA answers where are we trying to go. REACT answers how do we get there. ACCRA is the strategic compass; REACT is the marketing execution framework. ACCRA defines goals on the right horizons; REACT orchestrates execution against those goals. They are designed to work together: every REACT phase has an ACCRA goal mapped to it, and every ACCRA goal has REACT phases that operationalise it.

How do ACCRA and REACT relate to AIDA, RACE, or the marketing funnel?
+

AIDA and RACE were built for a world where reach equalled relevance and the customer journey moved in one direction. The marketing funnel assumes each campaign drains buyers from top to bottom and resets every quarter. ACCRA and REACT are built for a different reality: reach is just the first signal, the journey isn't linear, and the work that matters compounds across cycles rather than starting from zero each time. Legacy frameworks aren't wrong. They're incomplete. ACCRA and REACT add the goal architecture, the behavioural signals, and the compounding logic the old models never had.

Doesn't reach alone drive growth, as Byron Sharp argues?
+

Mental and physical availability matter. But raw reach is noise. A viral video can reach a billion users and convert zero. What matters is Qualified Reach: did we reach the right people, in the right context, at sufficient quality to move them to the next gear? REACT's Reach phase tracks that explicitly. The framework presupposes the foundational work Sharp describes is in place. It then adds the operating layer above it.

How does REACT handle the brand-vs-activation budget split?
+

The 60:40 brand-to-activation rule Binet and Field popularised is embedded in ACCRA's time-horizon architecture, not bolted on as a separate split. Each ACCRA goal sits on its own horizon: activation goals measure in weeks, brand-building strategies measure in years. The goal-aware ROAS model preserves the distinction by applying different ROAS formulas (proxy revenue for brand-building goals, direct revenue for Conversion). Marketers using ACCRA pick the right goal AND the right horizon, which is what 60:40 actually defends against.

Where do behavioural signals fit into REACT?
+

Each REACT phase is measured by behavioural signals, not vanity signals. The Engage gear reads saves, shares, comments, video completions, scroll depth, and dwell time, weighted by platform via PIM and combined into the Engagement Quality Score (EQS). These signals tell us not just that someone saw us, but how their brain spent its scarce cognitive resources when they did. Behavioural signals are the closest the framework gets to answering why.

Can I use ACCRA and REACT without REACTIQ360?
+

Yes. ACCRA and REACT are open frameworks, like AIDA or RACE. Any marketer can adopt them, teach them, or build measurement systems around them. REACTIQ360 is the platform that operationalises the frameworks at scale, with the metric library, the goal-aware ROAS engine, and the behavioural signal layer pre-built. But the frameworks themselves stand on their own.

Doesn't measurement kill creativity, as Rory Sutherland argues?
+

Sutherland is right that the irrational customer is real, that brands are built on emotion and meaning as much as logic, and that the best marketing of the last fifty years rarely came from a dashboard. We don't dispute any of that. The honest answer is that bad measurement kills creativity. Quarterly ROAS pressure applied to brand-building work, last-click attribution on long-cycle decisions, dashboards that reward what's easiest to count over what actually compounds: these crush ambition.

ACCRA and REACT are built to make the right measurement possible, not to flatten the work. Each ACCRA goal sits on its own time horizon. Each REACT phase has its own metric. Goal-aware ROAS means brand-building campaigns are not judged by direct-revenue formulas they were never designed to deliver. Accountability and craft are not opposites. Marketers who do creative work deserve frameworks that defend it, not metrics that misread it

Are ACCRA and REACT built for B2B or B2C marketing?
+

Both. ACCRA's five goals (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention, Advocacy) are universal: every brand has them, every campaign serves one of them. REACT's five connected phases (Reach, Engage, Act, Convert, Talk) describe key moments in the customer's journey, not a sector-specific funnel. What changes between B2B and B2C is the math behind each gear, not the framework itself: B2B journeys run longer, involve buying committees, and weight Retention and Advocacy differently. B2C journeys are shorter, more impulse-driven, and weight Reach quality and Engage signals differently. The frameworks accommodate both because they were built around how journeys actually work, not around channel mix or sales cycle length.
