1. Definitions
- Platform: REACTIQ360, operated by REACTIQ360OÜ.
- User: Any individual or entity accessingthe Platform under an organizational account.
- Tenant: An organization registered on theplatform with isolated data access.
- Services: All features, functions, content,and tools provided through REACTIQ360.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate andcomplete information during registration.
- Each account is tied to anorganization (Tenant) and protected by unique authentication credentials.
- You are responsible for maintainingthe confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities underyour account.
You agree not to:
- Share access credentials outside ofyour organization.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwiseinterfere with security features of the Platform.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use REACTIQ360 in compliance with all applicablelaws and regulations and for lawful purposes only.
You must not:
- Use the Services to transmitmalicious code.
- Attempt unauthorized access to theplatform, its systems, or user accounts.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, orlease any part of our Services without express authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account ifyou violate these Terms.
4. Data Ownership and Use
- You retain ownership of all data yousubmit to REACTIQ360 ("Customer Data").
- By connecting third-party accounts(e.g., Google Ads, Meta), you grant us permission to retrieve and process datanecessary to deliver our Services.
- We will never sell, share, or useyour Customer Data beyond the intended functionality of the platform.
All CustomerData remains isolated by Tenant to ensure strict confidentiality.
5. Data Security
REACTIQ360implements robust security measures, leveraging Bubble’s SOC 2 Type IIcompliant infrastructure, encryption, and secure authentication practices.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
- Access to REACTIQ360 requires a validsubscription plan.
- Subscription fees are billed inadvance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- You may cancel your subscription atany time through the account settings. Upon cancellation, your access willcontinue until the end of the billing period, after which your account will bedeactivated.
Failure tomaintain an active subscription may result in data access suspension.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
- We strive to ensure uninterruptedplatform availability but do not guarantee that the Services will be alwaysavailable or error-free.
- We may update, enhance, or modify theplatform at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated withreasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permittedby law:
- REACTIQ360 shall not be liable forindirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claimsarising out of the use of the Services will not exceed the amount paid by youin the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REACTIQ360 OÜ, itsaffiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expensesarising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access ifyou breach these Terms, fail to maintain a subscription, or use the Services inviolation of applicable laws.
Upon termination:
- Your access to REACTIQ360 is revoked.
- Data will be handled according to our Data Deletion Policy.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the lawsof the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
