1. Deletion Upon User Request
You may request the deletion ofyour organizational data at any time by:
- Submitting a deletion request through your REACTIQ360 account dashboard; or
- Contacting us directly at info@reactiq360.com.
Upon verification of therequest, we will:
- Deactivate your account immediately.
- Delete all Customer Data associated with your Tenant ID from our active systems within 30 days.
- Ensure that associated API credentials and tokens are revoked promptly.
2. Deletion Upon Subscription Termination
If you cancel your subscription:
- Your account will be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle.
- Your organizational data will be retained for a 30-day grace period to allow reactivation if needed.
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted from active systems unless you reactivate during the grace period.
3. Backup and Residual Data
Due to our data backup practices:
- Deleted data may remain in backup archives for up to 90 days after deletion.
- Backup data is encrypted and securely purged during routine maintenance cycles.
Backup data will not be restored except in cases of disaster recovery.
4. Third-Party Services
If your REACTIQ360 account is integrated with third-partyservices (e.g., Meta, Google Ads):
- We do not control third-party data retention policies.
- You must manage third-party account connections and data separately according to their terms.
5. Exceptions
We may retain certain information if necessary for:
- Legal compliance (e.g., tax, regulatory, or audit obligations).
- Enforcement of our Terms of Service.
- Fraud prevention and security purposes.
Only the minimum data required for these purposes will be retained and securely stored.
